All art will be as advertised and shown on this site.
All art is an original, signed work of the artist.
Color and tint of the images as shown on the site are as close to the original art as we can possibly make them. Due to the varying nature of computer monitors and the variation of personal preference in the monitor settings, NO GUARANTEE is made regarding the exact color or tint of the paintings.

Return Policy

Art may be returned within the stated number of days of purchase. All shipping, insurance and handling fees to and from the buyer are paid by the buyer. None of the seller's initial shipping, insurance or handling charges are refundable. A 20% restocking fee may be charged on all returned art work.

I-Escrow Policies

I-Escrow is a third party. Our art and your money are placed in escrow with I-Escrow. On your receipt and acceptance of the art or your receipt and the expiration of the examination period, I-Escrow will pay the seller and the transaction is considered complete.
